The Challenge
The presence of strong competition in the segment with many competitor brands having better market share, it was essential to create huge public participation and anticipation to ensure public awareness about the new technologies and treatment procedures available.
The Solution
We brought in Sachin Tendulkar, the brand ambassador of the group, to launch the sports centre and that is communicated with a creative message on all media.
The Result
It has resulted in a huge public buzz and the department was off to a flying start from Day 1.
